ABM Drill Jig

ABM developed this handy tool to drill the positioning pin hole for the switch housings on 7/8" and 1" handlebars.

Step 1: Measure the distance of the hole to the bar end from the original handlebar or the desired new location.

Step 2: Position the hinged drill jig on the new ABM handlebar and tighten the bolt.

Step 3: Drill the hole using a 5mm drill bit
